What a crazy awesome couple of weeks it has been :) I love seeing Kaylee's little personality coming out already. I came into the NICU this afternoon and the nurse said Kaylee woke up an hour early for her morning feeding and was hungry and NOT going to wait, no stupid binky was fooling this kiddo, she was hungry NOW! They're on such a strict schedule in there, but the nurse said she finally just gave in and fed her a half hour early because our daughter was so determined lol. And she downed the entire feeding!!! She's drinking all her bottle more and more! Baby steps to coming home!
Grandma Cook and Kaylee! She's kinda smiling in this pic. This girl FULL ON smiles! It's the cutest thing. I swear, everyday when I come in whatever nurse she has comments on how smiley she is. Obviously they say they aren't social smiles, but these aren't gas smiles either - I know what those look like! My mom and I agree, we think she's smiling remembering heaven :)

Bath days are every three days. I LOVE bath day, she's so cute in that little tub and I love how her hair gets all "fluffy"

Kiya and "aw-ma" - grandma was so much fun! We sure miss her! After my fam left Kiya would go thru everyones name and say papa bye bye, Kyle bye bye . . .
Everytime we put the binky in her mouth she helps out and holds it there. I think I might have another binky girl on my hands YEA!

Little sweetheart, we were giving her a bath and she was wet and getting cold. So she took matters into her own hands and was pulling the blanket on her.
I love how they sleep with their hands up by their face. My own little piece of Heaven.
Kaylee's first apartment :) It's so nice, in this part of the NICU - it's called Continuing Care, they all have their own little rooms with a little fridge, pull out bed, sink, closet - the works lol! The NICU has three levels, Kaylee's been in all three :) I definitely like this level the best - it's for the babies who are the least sick.

I'm crying! She is so beautiful. I love how these munchkins have their own character so young. Let us know if we can take Kiya off your hands sometime!
She is seriously so dang CUTE! I can't believe how tiny she is too. It's so sad when family has to leave, if you are sad and lonely just call me!!! I'm around! Not that you aren't busy going to and from the hospital everyday. When do they think she will be able to come home?? I hope soon!
Kim, Kaylee is SO BEAUTIFUL!!! She reminds me of how Hannah was... not so newborn-ish and more cute baby-ish. I love that picture of her looking like she's smiling. Is she smiling already?? I can't wait to meet her! Seriously... so pretty!
oh my gosh Kim she is so cute with that little purple bow in her hair! I can't believe how teeny she is, Sawyer seems like a huge man now in comparison! I'm so glad you got to have her without having a c section and while your family was in town nonetheless! That worked out perfect. You look so incredible for just having had a baby I might add. How did your tummy go from prego belly to flat belly in a matter of days? I've still got a ways to go and it's been 3 months! I'm hoping once you get all settled in and adjust to being a family of four that Sawyer and I can come visit!
I seriously love when you post pictures of your new little one. I love looking at pics of new babys, it makes me want another one, did i already mention that in your last post?!?! :)

Congrats!! She's so beautiful and tiny!! I'm glad she's doing better, so hopefully you guys can take er home son! I bet you can't wait! I give you a lot of credit, that'd be so hard! I'm so happy for you guys and you look beautiful as always after just having a baby! Call me when your back to your norm and feeling like having a girls day, I wanna meet the new addition!
